Meet Aidan,

Aidan Hicks is a Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified sports masseur.

He has a keen and active interest in sports, playing rugby, golf, going to the gym, skiing and Thai boxing. Aiden’s 12 years of playing rugby have given him the opportunity to travel, playing in Spain and South Africa as well as representing Leicestershire in national schools tournaments.

Aidan enjoys cooking and loves to travel to experience different cultures and food. He recently completed the Peveril 33 Ultra, a 33 mile trail race through the Peak District, and raised £3k for a local MS group.

Gemma has specialised in sports massage tailored to optimise recovery, prevent injury and enhance physical performance. Helping people feel, move and perform at their best - whether that’s in the gym or in everyday life.

In addition to Top Tier, Gemma works in professional sport, with firsthand experience into the demands of high performance environments. Outside of work Gemma likes to recharge with great food, comedy and a bit of gardening.
